Event Booking Agreement

(a) any event or event that is not subject to Reed`s appropriate control; 4.2 Reed reserves the right to terminate, at its discretion, your access to the link to the Site if you and/or your collaborators and exhibitions, which Reed believes are not or are likely to be present, is or may be undesirable, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Reed. It is always advisable to conclude a written agreement (contract) covering the provision of services. Essential provisions define the scope of the services you provide, the payment rules and, above all, the protection against cancellations and changes of short-term events in this sector. 3.8 You must report any errors or disruptions to the event immediately and, in any case, within 48 hours of its occurrence. 9.2 Reed makes no representations, warranties or guarantees as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, truth, availability, accuracy or completeness of the Platform. Reed does not warrant that: (a) use of the Platform is uninterrupted and secure or free of defects; or (d) you do not agree to create or introduce spyware, viruses, Trojan horses, logic bombs or other destructive or contaminating programs into the Event, Site, Platform or any part thereof; and (b) failures of equipment or services where such equipment or service is not under reed`s sole control; An appropriate contract brings clarity, security and protection to both parties and facilitates the smooth negotiation and conduct of a transaction.
